I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. The first couple of places I tried had the part on their web page but when I tried to order it they said, sorry, they did not actually have the parts. I called Military Fasteners. Talked to an employee without delay. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.

As always, orders are shipped promptly and received when expected. Rarely can you find products at lower cost than at Military Fasteners. The web site is easy to use. My favorite place to order from. When looking for aviation products, I always go to Military Fasteners first.

I've never received an incorrect order from ACS, even when dealing with small hardware such as nuts, washers, screws, etc. Shipment is always fast and with reasonable shipment prices for my needs. Even my smallest of orders is processed and ship quickly. I'm a long-time ACS customer and I expect I will be for a long time.
